- Use of all the facilities of the house, gas, bed linen, towels, beach towels and wifi.
- What extra costs are there?
- A deposit of € 400, the final cleaning of € 100 (including a weekly interim clean) and the electricity and water used. Electricity and water are settled against the deposit on the basis of the meter readings; our guests use € 50 to € 70 per week on average. A grocery package on arrival is optional.
- How do I book and pay?
- You send a booking enquiry via the form on the booking page or by email. Before booking you can take an option to arrange flights. After booking you pay a 25% down payment within a week; the remaining 75% and the deposit are due no later than 8 weeks before departure. The deposit is refunded within 14 days of your return, after deduction of electricity, water and any damage.
