A great place to spend your holiday. A quiet spot with plenty of wind (not unimportant), lots of shady places and a pool to cool off in. For our 7-month-old daughter there was also a cot and a high chair, which was great.

The house is full of things (bag clips, extension leads etc. etc.) that you would not expect but that can be really handy! Contact with Diana about arrival, departure and handing over the keys was easy too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kas Tribon! The outdoor space was truly stunning—beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the warm Curaçao weather. We spent so much time outside because it was peaceful, private, and felt like our own slice of paradise.

The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Whether we were heading to beaches, restaurants, or local attractions, everything was an easy drive, which made our trip smooth and stress free.

Inside, the house was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, every detail had been thoughtfully considered. It made settling in effortless and allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation.

The owners and the property manager, Diana, were incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. Any questions we had were quickly answered, and their kindness and attentiveness made the experience even better.

We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the island and would love to stay here again!

These past 2 weeks we enjoyed our 6th holiday on Curaçao, the last 3 of them at bungalow Kas Tribon.

Just like the previous 2 times, it was fantastic again. Everything you could wish for was here. We were 2 couples and had room in abundance. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the various seating areas. We also used the table by the BBQ a few times.

Once again Diana helped us wonderfully, with a full fridge on arrival and a fantastic car rented from the neighbour Peter, who also took care of our transfer to and from Hato.

In short, a fantastic holiday.

We stayed here during the May school holidays (2025) as a family with 2 girls aged 8 and 9.

The house has every convenience! The outdoor bathroom is ideal with 2 girls who do nothing but lie in the pool.

We could list everything separately, but we have no comments or criticisms whatsoever. It is a lovely house to stay in.

On top of that, Diana is very hospitable and approachable. Thank you so much!

From 22-03-2025 to 05-04-2025 we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa “Kas Tribon” at Villa Park Fontein. We were two couples, and the two bathrooms really made the stay, everyone had enough privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the mosquito nets provided were a real godsend.

The villa is superbly maintained and truly has every convenience, including a BBQ!!

Outside we enjoyed the breathtaking view and the nice seating areas, where we could relax wonderfully either in or out of the sun/wind, with lots of privacy. And of course the pool was a wonderful addition to our holiday!

Diana, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. When we arrived, the groceries we had ordered were already waiting for us, which was a godsend after a long flight!

So we will certainly come back to villa Kas Tribon for our next holiday. The villa is also highly recommended!

We spent the past 2 weeks at Kas Tribon, and it was a lovely house.

A definite plus is that everything is simply there; even towels and beach towels are provided, and you are free to use all of it. It is also nice that there is a washing machine you can use.

It is in a lovely quiet park and has a stunning view. Close to many beautiful beaches.

Very good communication with the owners beforehand, and on site we were helped very well by Diana. We hope to be able to go to Curaçao again one day, and we will certainly stay at Villa Kas Tribon again.

We stayed here from 14-05-2024 to 25-05-2024 and enjoyed all the facilities. Lovely spots to sit in or out of the wind/sun. Excellent beds with a net against the mosquitoes and a good double provision for sleeping (air conditioning and a fan). The outdoor bathroom by the pool is a godsend (a nice shower before and after swimming, and the water stays clean). Diane is a great help. The location is close to beautiful beaches and little bays.

Definitely recommended!

Diana welcomed us warmly and supported us excellently, always in good spirits. We have been to Kas Tribon several times already and found everything in perfect, good condition. As espresso lovers, we were pleased with the new Nespresso-compatible capsule machine. The bougainvillea hedges in full bloom against a blue sky were a delight. We made plenty of use of the well-kept pool.

This was our second holiday in this beautiful villa: last year just 1 week, now in February 2023 for 3 weeks.

Once again we fully enjoyed the beautiful view, the nice seating areas (out of the wind) with lots of privacy and, of course, the lovely pool.

Our compliments too to the property manager, Diana; she did a lot to give us a great holiday. We were also very pleased with the communication with the owners. They too made sure our holiday went perfectly.

As I already wrote in February 2022: this home is and remains an absolute must.

Simply a great house. Friendly property manager who is always there for you. We have been to various holiday homes on Curaçao, but this one really is THE BEST!

Beautiful view, a great deal of privacy and close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. We will definitely come back again.

Spent just over three weeks at Kas Tribon. Lovely house with a fenced garden (ideal for the dogs) and a lovely pool. Really everything is there. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the beds and bathrooms are excellent (the mosquito net was really nice, since we stayed during mosquito season). Contact with the property manager went very well. There was a lot of flexibility and everything was well arranged. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful holiday: lovely pool and a gorgeous view! The house and outdoor space have every convenience. The combination microwave oven broke and within a few hours a new one had been arranged, brilliant! There is a high chair and a travel cot, which is nice for the youngest member of our family. Had a great holiday!

The description and pictures are accurate. Comfortable, clean house, great outdoor living spaces where you can sit and feel the breeze. The pool was wonderful for cooling off after a day of exploring. The house is centrally located. Christoffel mountain, Shete Boka, Willemstad, Sea Trek and several beaches were within 30 minutes or less. Arrival, check-in and check-out were super easy. The directions provided by the owner were very detailed and we had no problem finding the house. The host was prompt when sending us our usage fees for electricity and water and refunding the remaining deposit. Overall great experience, we would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. It is in a quiet spot on a gorgeous park and has lots of privacy. The house has every convenience, including children's toys for the pool. Highly recommended!

Very lovely holiday home in a perfect location.

This was now our third time at Kas Tribon and once again we spent wonderful days in the house and on Curaçao. Particularly worth mentioning are the villa's location with its unobstructed view of the sea and the well-kept garden with its many colourful flowers. We enjoyed the birds, which we attracted with a little food. As described, the house is practically furnished; everything is in good condition and works. Thanks to inverter technology, the air conditioners run economically, which pays off in the final bill. A highlight is the warm swimming pool. Diana, as housekeeper, was always available and supported us excellently with her cheerful and friendly manner. We are looking forward to our 2023 holiday at Kas Tribon.

Kas Tribon is a fantastic home with a gorgeous view over Banda Abou and the sea in the distance. We really enjoyed ourselves. This house simply has everything: a nice seating area out of the wind and in the shade, a very pleasant pool, lots of privacy, towels in abundance. What stood out was that outside we were hardly bothered by mosquitoes at all; all the bedrooms also have a mosquito net, and that makes for very pleasant sleeping. We were so taken with this home that as soon as we got back we immediately booked Kas Tribon again for 3 weeks in 2023. This home is an absolute must.

This is our fourth time in Villapark Fontein and Kas Tribon is by far the best that we have stayed in. In coming to Curacao the outside area is key–one wants to rest and enjoy a fantastic view. Kas Tribon does this hands down. The large comfortable outside sitting area overlooking the beautiful hills and sea is superb. Any issues which arose during our stay were quickly and efficiently handled.. We plan to return next year. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kas Tribon villa. Nice and quiet gated neighborhood. The villa is clean and neat, supplied with all necessary kitchen and beach stuff. The property manager Diana is very lovely & helpful. Our favorite place was the cabana, it was a very relaxing and peaceful time to sip a coffee or wine, sitting there, enjoying the breeze and the view. We loved it so much that we’d like to come back. A lovely house with, above all, a beautiful and cleverly laid-out terrace. That means lots of privacy. We had a fantastic holiday. Diana, the property manager, is worth her weight in gold. The air conditioning broke down. 2 minutes after we had sent her a WhatsApp about it, she was at the door. Perfectly resolved! We hope to come here more often in the future.

Had a wonderful holiday in this villa; it has every convenience and from the pool you have a magnificent view. Fontein is a short drive from the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao. The car hire at the resort was perfectly arranged too. Definitely recommended! The 4 of us had a great time!

The house really is as described. Spacious house surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of greenery that gives you a lot of privacy. Diana the property manager is very friendly and very helpful. The house was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We will certainly recommend this house to everyone.

The house is fantastic, exactly as in the pictures. Everything has been well thought out, e.g. European sockets have been installed. Quiet location in the centre of the island. Nothing is within walking distance, but several dream beaches can be reached within 10 minutes. The national park and Willemstad are within 25 minutes. Thanks to Team Kas Tribon and thanks to Diana, I hope we'll be back.

We have absolutely nothing to fault at Villa Kas Tribon. On arrival we were welcomed by Diana, and everything was clean and nicely prepared. The house is perfectly located for all kinds of outings on Curacao. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of hand towels and bath towels, we can recommend Kas Tribon without reservation and felt very much at home there.

We had a great time at Kas Tribon. Despite some trouble with the air conditioning, the house was otherwise in tip-top condition. The property manager was very caring, easy to reach and had made sure everything looked immaculate.

The house has every convenience (apart from a dishwasher) and looks good. Large fridge, good beds, neat bathrooms etc.

It is on a gated villa park, which gives a safe feeling. It may be in the middle of the island, but the advantage is that the national park, Westpunt and all the beaches are easy to reach.

The private pool was wonderful and the outdoor shower and toilet very practical with 2 children. We were hardly bothered by mosquitoes; the wind was blowing just right.

We first spent a week at Jan Sofrat (below Willemstad) and then moved to Fontein. We preferred Fontein; it is quieter and greener there.

Some tips for eating out: Trio Penotti and De Buurvrouw, definitely go.

We stayed at Kas Tribon for a month for the second time. Once again it was an unforgettable holiday. The house is well maintained. You can see that the owners regularly try to make the house even more comfortable. The adjustable shutters in the lounge corner are very pleasant. They let you choose to sit more or less in the wind. The garden has become even more beautiful. Once again we were able to eat delicious bananas from the tree. Once again we very much enjoyed the many birds in the garden. In the morning a little sugar in a bowl, and during breakfast the little birds come to visit. The pool was kept nice and clean again too. Seeing Diana, the property manager, again was a very warm reunion. She keeps a close eye on everything and is always ready to help if there are questions. After this holiday too, we can wholeheartedly recommend Kas Tribon. A top house in a top location. Close to beautiful bays and surrounded by nature. An excellent place to relax completely.

We have just come back from a wonderful sun-drenched holiday and will be thinking back on it for a long time. The first week I was there with my wife and we did a lot of snorkelling and explored the island by car. The second week our daughter was with us in the villa with her boyfriend and their little girl of one, and they had a great time too; the little one especially loved being in the pool because the water was a really nice temperature. In short, if we were to do this trip again, this villa would be our first choice because of the location, how complete it is – a super house. The owners respond super quickly to all questions and the financial side was sorted very quickly too, the property manager is also a very efficient woman and everything you ask for is arranged quickly as well, in other words a super team. Spent 2 weeks in this villa. Enjoyed it from start to finish! The villa is located on the quiet part of Curaçao. This is also the most beautiful part of the island. The villa is centrally located in relation to the various beaches on the south-west side of the island. Each one is different, from busy and full-service to deserted and simple. So you can easily choose whatever you feel like that day. The villa itself is well maintained and very spacious, with 2 spacious, neat bathrooms and 3 fine bedrooms inside. The living room is immaculate too, as is the kitchen, but what really matters is the outdoor space. Outside you can sit comfortably under the roofed areas, with the choice between a long table with a bench and chairs, or a lounge set including a hammock. This last spot is especially pleasant, because shutters have been fitted that let you regulate the wind. To complete the picture, there is a 3rd bathroom outside, which is ideal for rinsing yourself and your snorkelling gear after a day at the beach. The pool is wonderful and is well maintained by the property managers. The rest of our contact with the property managers was fine too, including tips for fun outings. Contact with the owner was very quick and clear. Clear arrangements. I would recommend this house to family and friends and to anyone looking for a wonderful place on Curaçao to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

We rented this very well-kept, clean holiday home for two weeks and felt very much at home there. The house's amenities match the description in the online listing completely and, in our view, are top-notch – we missed nothing and were delighted. Thanks to the very central and therefore, in our view, ideal location of the house, travel times to the airport, to Willemstad and also to the north of the island, e.g. to the national parks, are very manageable. Another great thing is the short drive to the (in our opinion) most beautiful beaches on the island (Cas Abao and Playa Porto Mari) – about 10 minutes and you are at these two dream beaches! Contact with the owners was very friendly and arranging the rental was straightforward and pleasant. It was also good and helpful that a very nice, competent contact person was on hand locally to help us with advice and practical support. This holiday home is the perfect base for a dream Caribbean holiday on the beautiful island of Curacao – we can recommend Villa Kas Tribon without reservation and would be happy to rent the house again for our next holiday on Curacao!

Had a wonderful holiday at Kas Tribon. It all started with the booking: a quick response from the owner, and after we had paid we received clear directions. We wanted to hire a car and got a tip from the owner about a car hire company where we hired a fine car; we could collect the car at the airport and return it there too, so convenient. We have been to Curaçao before, but this villa is really TOP. The villa is spotlessly clean and has every convenience, even hot water in the indoor showers and in the kitchen, which we had never come across on Curaçao before. The outdoor bathroom is very handy: we could rinse and hang up our diving gear there. No gear in the house – there are even two rails to hang the wetsuits on. Beautiful garden with big palms and a banana tree where in the morning we could pick a banana and enjoy it. The villa is on a quiet resort with security, which gives a safe feeling. The view from the terrace and from the pool is fantastic and in the evening you are treated to beautiful sunsets. In the evening, relaxing on the outdoor porch, which is very handily fitted with movable shutters so you can sit comfortably out of the wind. Excellent beds (I'd like to have these at home too), in bedrooms with quiet air conditioning. On arrival we were welcomed by the property manager Diana, who was always there for us when we had questions. The area has the most beautiful beaches and you can eat out well. We won't look any further when we go to Curaçao – we will definitely go back to Kas Tribon!

Last month we lived in Kas Tribon for 1 month. It is a wonderfully comfortable house. The owners have really thought of everything. Good beds, chairs and sofas. More than enough towels, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils etc. At any time of day you can sit/lie in the sun, out of the sun, in the wind and out of the wind. It was lovely to have a beautiful, clean pool at your ‘own’ house. From the hammock or from the sofa or dining table we saw stunning sunsets. The barbecue is very good!! The property manager is very approachable. We had nice contact with her, she is always reachable for questions and you get a quick response. The house and the surroundings were wonderfully clean. The beautiful garden is well maintained too. We have been to Curaçao many times, but never in such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location. Highly recommended!!!!! When we go to Curaçao again, we certainly hope to stay at Kas Tribon again! The nature in this part of Curaçao is magnificent. The locals are very friendly and approachable. Beautiful bays a short distance away. Recommendations: Daaibooi, Cas Abao, Kokomo Beach. Christoffelpark is also absolutely worth a visit. Various beautiful plantation houses can be visited, including Ascencion, Habaai, Jan Kock, Groot St Martha and Klein St Martha. The last one now has a good restaurant. From the terrace there you have a magnificent view over the bay of St. Martha. For daily shopping you don't have to go far from the house either. About 5 min by car there is a bakery with tasty rolls, cakes and pastries. And next to the bakery is a supermarket. If you drive a bit further, about 15 min, you come to a very large supermarket with plenty of choice and good products. In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone!!!

Quick response to questions and the booking, an informative email with tips and tricks in good time before departure, property manager always reachable (as far as we needed that). Beautiful villa, plenty of kitchen equipment, regular change of bed linen (by arrangement with the property manager), wonderfully clean and well-maintained pool, comfortable beds, the air conditioning can be set to a quieter night mode, thanks to the mosquito net no trouble from the (few) insects, enough space between the other villas, quiet resort. Local supermarket a 10-minute drive away, bigger supermarket with partly Dutch products a 20-minute drive away, places to eat nearby. Good experiences at De Buurvrouw (10-minute drive). We also had a lovely meal at Zanzibar-Jan Thiel, but that is a good half hour's drive. Beaches from a 15-minute drive. Recommendations: – hire a car at the airport. – Cas Abao beach because of the ample parking and the clean white beach. – a day trip to Klein Curaçao with the Mermaid (whitest beach, bluest sea, turtles!). – an afternoon at the Boca's. – diving. – Dolphin Academy. All in all we had a brilliant holiday.
